Now that you're clear on your intention, let's set the stage for success!
What to expect?
When your kit arrives, you'll have two superfood meals a day! You can choose which meals you want to replace!
Make sure you're getting plenty of calories! There's no restriction here! I find I eat 2/3's less food when I have my superfoods because I feel so nourished! We don't want you to feel hungry. We want you to feel NOURISHED!
You'll have snacks throughout the day, as well as 1-2 meals of your choice!
Set yourself up for success:
Fill your kitchen with an abundance of colorful fresh fruits and veggies!
Reduce or opt out of foods with artificial colorings, sugars, and preservatives.
If you choose to reduce or eliminate coffee, don’t cut it out cold turkey, as you’ll get a headache!! If you drink one cup a day, reduce to a half cup, to a quarter cup, to a shot until your body has slowly weaned off. You can sub in green, black, and herbal teas! Try our ‘can’t beet this!’ for unlimited mental and physical energy!!
Focus on adding in vs. taking out! Foods that aren't serving you will naturally fall away as we start to change your gut microbiome!
Prep your snacks the day before: Wash up grapes, berries, fresh fruit, cucumbers, bell peppers, and the like, and put them in a container in your fridge. This way, when you get hungry, you can reach for whole foods vs. a bag of chips!
Be gentle with yourself, and have FUN! This isn't about being strict or restricting. This is about adding NUTRIENT-DENSE foods into your day!
How do I listen to my body?
When you crave sweets, your body and brain are asking for cellular energy and simple sugars. Instead of a cookie, try a fresh piece of fruit! Eating fruit on an empty stomach or with your superfoods is best. Have an abundance of citrus, berries, and fresh seasonal fruit throughout your day to support cellular hydration.
When you're craving salty foods, opt for a green drink or mineral-rich veggies! Your body is asking for minerals! You can also grab our ionic minerals to restore your trace minerals!
If you’re hungry, add in MORE calories!!
Notice if you have more or less energy after meals! If you have more energy, those foods serve your needs! If you feel like taking a nap after a meal or are tired or dehydrated, reduce those foods! Listen to your body’s cues!
Track your Results
You're gonna wanna take before and after pics to track your results! Trust me, you're going to want to see your transformation (even if you don't show anyone else).
Keep a journal of the differences you notice in your cravings, moods, and patterns. Remember that it is normal for emotions that are no longer serving to come to the surface and be released! Some days, you might be tired or moody as your body is letting go of toxins! On those days, rest and focus on self-care, journaling, reading a book, gentle movement, or an Epsom salt bath! Rember progress means we’re making changes!! Sometimes, those changes feel like you’re moving backward when, in fact, you’re moving forward! This is the nature of TRANSFORMATION!
Monitor your progress across key areas: Digestion, Energy Levels, Weight/BMI, Deep Restful Sleep, Optimism/Mood, Aches & Pains, Stress Level, Food Choices, Water Intake, Commitment to Transformation, and General Feeling of Health. Record your results below:

I’d focus on having unlimited fresh seasonal fruits and veggies:

Reduce or eliminate dairy and animal products to go deeper!
Pro tip!! Especially in spring and summer, I opt for 80% fresh foods and 20% other! For example, I’ll have 20% chickpeas with 80% fresh salad, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives! This keeps my body in optimal performance! Find the right ratio for you!

You'll have your superfoods 2x/day (or more if you want)
ULT:
Morning:
Begin your day with hydration or lemon water! Coco hydrate is one of my favorite forms of replenishing your electrolytes and supporting cellular hydration!
Have your Super Amino 23 first thing in the AM (5 tablets). If you don't like capsules, you can crush them and add them to apple sauce or a smoothie!
Biome Medic (1 capsule) for gut support!
Have your first shake! Power Shake, Dark Berry Protein, Super L.O.V, or the shake of your choice! 3-5 TBS with 20 oz. water or added to a smoothie!
If you have the immune, collagen support, or performance kit, follow the schedules below!
Midday:
Super Amino 23 (5 tablets)
Power Shake (5.5 tbsp with 20 oz. cold water or creamy beverage) in place of lunch or as a snack
Healthy Dinner (or lunch if preferred)
Before Bed:
Biome Medic (1 capsules)
Apothe-Cherry (2 tbsp with water to taste)
Days 11-21: 2 super cleanser OR take your Chorella

you may experience some detox symptoms! Don't worry; this is a natural and NECESSARY part of the process! It will pass.
Signs of physical detox:
Bloating: can happen when unhealthy micro-organisms are dying off.
Pain: can happen in old injury sites. This is a good sign and will pass in a few days. This happens when lymphatic congestion is being pulled out of the tissues. This is how the tissues repair themselves! (This is a huge contributing factor to how I got out of chronic pain).
Low energy: It takes a lot of energy to eliminate wastes from the body, repair tissues, and replenish the nervous system. If you're tired, rest! This is your queue that your body is repairing. Please honor your needs! Think about how much babies sleep when they are growing and developing! Your body is working on repairing and eliminating damaged cells and tissues! It's hard WORK!
Bowel Elimination: Better out than in! If you're having more elimination than usual, this is healthy! Your body is trying to rid itself of acidic wastes! These wastes cause inflammation if they aren't eliminated.
Frequent Urination: Your kidneys and urinary system are the main elimination pathways for all cellular wastes! We're supporting your kidneys and cleaning up your lymphatic system, and your body is letting go of what is no longer serving! Stay hydrated!
Signs of emotional detox:
Emotions get stored in our tissues at the cellular level. When you get your tissues alkaline with the superfoods, your body not only releases physical wastes but suppressed emotions as well!
You may feel heightened sensory awareness, gratitude, grief, sadness, anger, or irritability. This is just your body letting go. Allow these feelings to come to the surface to be released! Imagine that your emotions are like clouds passing in the sky.
Anxiety can happen when our adrenal glands and our nervous systems are resetting. Again, this is a good sign and will pass in a few days. During detoxification, all of our weaknesses come to the surface to be addressed! My favorite nervous system and adrenal support are kids in focus and Bee energetic!
One of my favorite Hawaiian Prayers, Ho'oponopono: "I forgive you, I love you, I'm sorry, I thank you. I forgive myself, I love myself, I'm sorry, I thank myself." You can repeat this internally, say it out loud, or look yourself in the eyes and speak in front of a mirror! 💓 💓 💓
Tips for detox:
Spend a day in the ocean, salt water naturally detoxes our organs & heals us
Get your hands into the 'aina at your local lo'i or simply start a herb garden at home
Take a sauna
Cold plunge
Take an Epsom salt bath
Read a book
Sleep
Talk to a friend or a therapist if needed
Get free coaching and emotional support here
Make a nourishing meal
Gently move your body through walking, swimming or yoga
Do breathwork such as Wim Hof
Listen to good music
Get sunshine and fresh air
Do something that you love
Write a handwritten letter to someone
Use a dry brush on your skin to get your lymph moving
Get a massage
Use a castor oil pack on your stomach or on any aches and pains
Drink herbal tea and stay hydrated
